Our Vision
Flood social media with examples of service, kindness and love.
Our Mission
Just Do Some Good was founded on the idea that we are all highly influenced by what we see and experience every day. If we're continuously fed the idea of unachievable perfectionism, that's what draws our focus, but if we see examples of service, kindness and love all the time, we'll aspire to do the same.
We are dedicated to changing the world, starting with the landscape of social media by making it a kinder, more friendly place to scroll. We use social media for information,
connection and inspiration. Posting about service, kindness and love enhances everyone's online experience in a positive way and can inspire people to bless the lives of others, making the world a far better place. There are no pre-qualifications for service. People of all ages, races, religious affiliations, backgrounds or financial status can participate in meaningful service. Imagine the impact of more service over selfies (#serviceoverselfies).

The Community
To participate and support service projects all over the country by attracting more donors and volunteers. Just Do Some Good will provide support by publicizing, sponsoring and encouraging others to come out and work together to strengthen their communities.
Training Our Youth
To promote other non-profits who might not have the resources to maintain a strong social media presence. Through Just Do Some Good, high school and college age students will be trained to intern for qualified non-profit organizations as online content managers and social media accounts managers. The interns will learn marketable skills and the non-profits get their message out to the world, increasing their ability to attract more volunteers and donations. It’s a win-win all around.
Influencers
To partner with celebrities, influencers and athletes to make service popular and post-worthy. If you see your role models perform service, you will want to serve more. Just Do Some Good has a series of challenges and campaigns aimed at doing service and posting about the experience or cause. Remember to use #justdosomegood when posting about service!
Meet The Team
Monica Tanner
My name is Monica Tanner. I grew up in Dallas, Texas. The summer After graduating from University of Texas at Austin with my degree in sociology and child development, I met my husband and moved to Boise, Idaho to start our family. We have 4 kids ranging in age from 6 to 15 so for the last 15 years raising them has been my life. Last Fall, my youngest finally started school but I was suddenly left with more time on my hands than I knew what to do with, which ended up being spent mindlessly scrolling through social media. I was so saddened and disheartened over seeing all the dangerous teenage trends online that I became upset and obsessed by it. I knew something needed to be done, but I had no idea what to do. The most troubling part about it was that most of these kids participating in the dangerous and destructive behaviors were the same ages as my own children.
Finally, after weeks of this, my husband took my phone away and encouraged me to find something more productive with my time. He suggested that a nonprofit organization might benefit from my talents, abilities and passion so I immediately went to work researching nonprofits in the area. When I couldn’t find any doing exactly what I felt passionate about, I realized it didn’t already exist and I simply needed to create my own. I consulted a wise attorney and convinced him to draw up the necessary paperwork and sit on my board. Then I brought the idea to a few more intelligent and hardworking individuals and "Just Do Some Good" was born.

Heidi Herd
My name is Heidi Herd. I’m a wife and mom to 3 daughters and also a nurse by trade. I received my RN degree in 2004 and Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing in 2011. I loved helping people during their most vulnerable times and truly loved helping my patients feel as informed and as comfortable as possible. After 7 years working as a nurse, I made the decision to work at home full-time with my family.
While it can be very challenging, I strive for balance in my life. I feel the most balanced when I can be available when I’m called on to just to some good or even be there for my friends when they need me. When I can make, keep and strengthen those connections, that's when I feel happiest. It’s the best thing in the world to know your friends can ask you to help them when they need you.
Nicole Goggins
My name is Nicole Goggins. I grew up in Northern California and left home to attend Brigham Young University in Utah where I later graduated with a Degree in Marriage Family Human Development. I've been married to my husband Dan for 15 years and have three beautiful children: Parker, Bella and Autumn. I'm a Cali girl at heart but I've called Boise "home" for 11 years and I absolutely love it!
I've owned my own catering company and used to author a food blog. My most recent venture as PTA President at the children's elementary school allows me to travel the world with my amazing husband and three children which is nothing short of incredible. I feel most at home serving others though, whether it's dropping off homemade cookies at a neighbors house or organizing a Christmas charity program. Just Do Some Good is such a good fit for me and I truly believe we can change the world together!
Drew Frogley
My name is Drew Frogley. In college I received my Bachelor's and Masters Degrees from Brigham Young University. My biggest passions are traveling the world, meeting new people, and experiencing all the diverse cultures, foods and religions the Earth has to offer. I really feel that traveling is one of the best ways we can educate ourselves because it provides a wide spectrum of insight into how we can serve the needs of others.
My career has been mainly spent managing highly successful teams in the technology industry. For example, I've worked at highly influential companies such as Apple, Hewlett Packard and Intel. In addition to Just Do Some Good, I'm also a part of the board of directors at Legacy Academy.
Phil Broadbent
My name is Phil Broadbent. I received my Bachelor's Degree with Honors from Brigham Young University studying English. I then did  graduate work in English as a scholarship recipient at Oxford University and Exeter College, before deciding to go to law school where I received my Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from BYU. After law school I clerked for the Honorable Ozell M. Trask on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, CA.
After that I practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona with various law firms, beginning my practice  with the firm of Fennemore Craig and eventually starting my own firm. My areas of expertise include commercial litigation, corporate, finance, securities and real estate. I've always been entrepreneurial, co-founding and serving as President, CEO and chairman of an Internet tech company that pioneered enterprise ecommerce solutions for both consumer and B2B direct marketers. I spent much of my career assisting companies grow their business by insuring legal compliance and security, obtaining financing, protecting assets, and virtually all aspects of management and expansion.
